YOU WILL NEED

30 ml (1 oz.) Chic Choc spiced rum
90 ml (3 oz.) champagne
30 ml (1 oz.) orange juice
15 ml (½ oz.) lime juice
1 drop vanilla extract
Ice cubes


Fill half of shaker with ice cubes and add rum,
orange juice, lime juice, and vanilla.
Stir and double-filter into flute.
Finish by pouring champagne.
