60 ml (2 oz.) Chic Choc spiced rum
30 ml (1 oz.) Ruby porto
30 ml (1 oz.) white Lillet
120 ml (4 oz.) Domaine Pinnacle Still Cider
2 star anise flowers
Orange zest


Pour all liquid ingredients into casserole.
Heat until liquid simmers.
Garnish with orange zest and star anise.
